Real Estate License Renewal 24 Hour Required Courses Chart

3 hours in each of the following categories are required:

Real Estate Legal Issues (L) Federal Fair Housing (FH)
Contract Law (CL) Disclosure (D)
Agency Law (A) Commissioners Standards (CS)
The balance of the 24 hours may be made up of any of the above classifications or General classes (G)

*Each designated broker must attend a BROKER MANAGEMENT CLINIC once every two years satisfies (CS) requirement.
